Real estate firm Finsco Africa issues title deeds to new homeowners

Directors of Kenyan real estate firm, Finsco Africa, are
continuing their U.S. tour with a strong focus on engaging Tanzanians in the
diaspora and linking them with investment opportunities back home.

Following a successful three-day Diaspora Investment Forum
held from May 2–4, 2025, attention now shifts to the next key event — a Meet
and Greet scheduled for Friday, May 16, 2025, at 827 Central Ave, Kent,
Washington.

The earlier forum attracted a vibrant turnout and featured
insightful presentations by Group CEO Mwaura Kogi and Finsco Tanzania Managing
Director Christina Shusho, a renowned gospel artist turned real estate leader.

Attendees explored a comprehensive portfolio of real estate
offerings, including prime plots, gated community projects, and holiday homes
across East Africa.

“Our mission is simple but powerful,” said Kogi during the forum.
“Finsco Africa exists to make the dream of investing back home a reality for
every African abroad. With transparency, professionalism, and customised
support, we walk with our clients every step of the way.”

Shusho emphasised the timeliness of the initiative, saying,
“We want our brothers and sisters abroad to know that safe, affordable, and
long-term investment opportunities are not only available—but they’re growing
fast. Now is the time to plant seeds for the future.”

The upcoming Kent event promises to be a relaxed yet
impactful evening of networking, education, and one-on-one engagement with the
Finsco Africa leadership team.

Diaspora attendees will have the opportunity to ask
questions, explore tailored investment plans, and gain clarity on how to
navigate the East African property market from abroad.

The tour is part of Finsco Africa’s broader mission to
bridge the gap between the growing Tanzanian diaspora and the booming real
estate sector in East Africa.

With many Tanzanians abroad expressing a strong desire to
build wealth and legacy back home, Finsco Africa positions itself as a trusted
partner offering secure, transparent, and growth-oriented solutions.

As interest continues to build, Friday’s Kent forum is
expected to draw even more participants eager to seize the opportunity to
invest in East Africa’s promising real estate future.
