The entertainment world is mourning the untimely death of popular TikToker Milly Wa Doc.
Her passing comes just months after a viral video surfaced in September 2024 where she addressed persistent death rumors, expressing her frustration and sharing how even those she considered friends failed to check on her.
In the resurfaced clip, Milly revealed her attempt to report the baseless speculation to the police, lamenting the lack of assistance she received. “We went to report, but to no avail! Is there really justice here in Kenya? You go to the station, and they ask for a little something to track a number or account,” she shared, highlighting her struggle to get help.

She also pointed fingers at fellow content creators, including a TikToker named ‘Senje,’ who allegedly spread false claims that Milly had poisoned herself after her separation from her estranged partner, Doc.
Milly Wa Doc’s family has officially confirmed her passing, attributing it to health complications.
During a recent TikTok Live stream, a family member disclosed that the cause of death was related to a cyst in her stomach.

Doctors had advised surgery to remove it, but tragically, Milly suffered heavy internal bleeding post-operation, necessitating a blood transfusion.
She was discharged after three days in stable condition, but her health quickly deteriorated. Her kidneys began to fail, leading to medication and eventually dialysis on June 2, 2025.
While she stabilized briefly, the damage proved fatal. The family confirmed her sudden passing in the early hours of the night, with acute kidney failure determined as the cause.
Before her TikTok fame, Milly openly shared her challenging early life, including a difficult childhood and a period of sex work at 18 to survive. Her life took a turn when she met a supportive foreign man who became her husband.
They moved to Germany and had a child, but the marriage ended, leading Milly back to Kenya to rebuild her life.
Her raw honesty and resilience resonated with many, quickly earning her a massive following on TikTok.
She shared content on love, motherhood, and mental health, becoming a true sensation, especially after her highly public relationship with ex-partner ‘Doc’ or ‘Daddy,’ which she often showcased with romantic gestures.
However, Milly later revealed the dark side of that relationship, accusing Doc of emotional abuse and describing it as toxic.
In an emotional TikTok post, she even made serious, unproven allegations against him, including claims he kept explicit videos of children and photos of some of his patients. Doc never publicly commented on these allegations.
After the breakup, Milly used her platform to advocate for self-worth and mental health, encouraging her followers to leave harmful situations. Her legacy as an honest and resilient voice will undoubtedly live on.
