Kenyan content creator Kinuthia is once again making waves online, this time with a bold response to skeptics questioning his weight loss journey.

Known for his vibrant personality and unapologetic self-expression, Kinuthia recently took to TikTok to reveal a striking transformation, showcasing a drop from 148kg to 133kg, all while confidently rocking the same bright yellow outfit.

But in classic internet fashion, not everyone was convinced.

Among the many reactions, one cheeky comment from user @iamwanjira stood out: “Sioni kama Ozempic ya Kinuthia ina fanya, ni kama wanamdunga yenye ime-expire.

Kinuthia clapped back with charm and confidence.

In a witty caption, he wrote: “Niliskia mahali ati nilidungwa Ozempic fake ama ndio expired… anyway, let me leave this here. This is the magic that can happen with just one pen.”

The “pen” refers to Ozempic, a diabetes medication that has gained popularity as a weight loss aid globally.

Kinuthia also credited Oxid Beauty Spa, a wellness facility he has partnered with during his transformation.

Beyond the numbers, Kinuthia delivered visual proof, noting how the same yellow outfit, once too tight, now fits effortlessly.

“Jamani, walionita kanono watajificha wapi?” he added, laughing off years of online body-shaming.

While some trolls continued to question his progress, many fans flooded the comments with support.

@therapist said “I am happy for you, keep pushing.”

@BeatriceMuiruri commented,  “Looking nice!”

@suzie finest added, “Yaani 15kgs a month, that’s soo nice.”

Kelvin Kinuthia, widely known as OfficialKinuthia, is a prominent Kenyan TikToker and content creator who has gained significant recognition for his cross-dressing.

He consistently posts videos and photos where he appears in full female attire, including dresses, wigs, and makeup, while maintaining his male name.

Despite facing occasional controversies and public scrutiny for his unique style, particularly when appearing in feminine attire at high-profile events, Kinuthia has remained a consistently popular personality on social media.

He has accumulated a large following on TikTok, attributing his success to this distinct content, which he has no plans of altering.

Beyond his online persona, he has also shared personal aspirations, including his desire to have children in the future, and identifies himself as a deeply prayerful individual with a strong belief in God.
