SIM 2 is a euphemism for men having sex with men.

Sammy Boy did not hold back, accusing Flaqo of being “bitter” towards traders and suggesting that his take on the industry was clouded by personal resentment.
Kenyan Prince went a step further, brushing off the taunt and declaring Flaqo had “run out of content,” directly calling him out over the “SIM 2” remark.
