Rapper and entrepreneur King Kaka is over the moon after landing what he proudly calls “the most expensive jersey in the country.”
The celebrated artiste received a Harambee Stars jersey signed by the entire national football team, courtesy of defender Aboud Omar.
The priceless gift came during Kenya’s emphatic 5-0 victory against Seychelles in the 2026 World Cup qualifier clash.
Taking to Instagram, a visibly excited King Kaka shared the moment with his fans, declaring that the shirt was beyond monetary value.
“Not for SALE!! The Most expensive jersey,” he captioned, alongside photos of the red Stars jersey covered with signatures.
The rapper, known for his love for football and strong ties to the sports community, said the jersey will be framed and preserved as a family heirloom.
“Collectors yangu imefika. Inaenda kwa will yangu, naachia watoi wangu hii jersey,” King Kaka said, emphasizing just how much the gesture meant to him.
Speaking to TNX via phone, the rapper says the jersey means a lot to him as a football fun.
“We grew up watching football from an early age and Harambee Stars have been giving us immense joy. It is a matter of pride to wear the national team jersey and now you can imagine my joy having one signed by the players,” he stated.
For the national team, gifting the jersey was a symbolic show of unity with fans and cultural icons who continue to support them both on and off the pitch.
For King Kaka, however, it was more than just memorabilia — it was a piece of Kenyan football history to be safeguarded for generations.
Kenya’s win over Seychelles, which saw the Stars dominate with a convincing 5-0 scoreline, only added to the joy of the occasion.
