What was supposed to be a thrilling night for anime fans in Arizona quickly turned chaotic when a man urinated inside a packed theatre during the screening of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle.
The bizarre incident happened at AMC Surprise Pointe 14 on Litchfield Road, where shocked moviegoers watched the man allegedly stand up, unzip his pants, and begin urinating, splashing some attendees, including a child.
Viral videos from the scene show confused fans stepping back while others confronted the man with kicks and punches as he clutched his head and lay across the seats.
Police later confirmed the suspect was arrested and booked on charges of indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and other related offenses.

What added to the uproar was the timing: fans online pointed out that the man’s outburst came in the middle of the highly anticipated “Zenitsu fight” sequence.
One Instagram user wrote, “Imagine waiting forever to see the movie and some guy ruins it like that. Like you can’t even hit pause. Just have the whole experience crushed.”
Another fan who claimed to be in the theatre added, “They beat the dude up like there was no tomorrow. In my opinion, he deserved it because… really.”
AMC reportedly issued refunds to affected viewers and offered them a chance to finish the movie in a different theatre.
Many fans said the chain handled the fallout swiftly, but the internet is still buzzing about the incident.
