Gloves Up! Kenya’s first celebrity fight nights set to ignite Nairobi entertainment scene

Get ready for a knockout event! HustleSasa has teamed up with renowned rapper and entertainer Barak Jacuzzi to launch Celebrity Fight Nights, a groundbreaking series promising Kenya’s first-ever celebrity boxing bout.

The inaugural event is scheduled for Sunday, November 2nd, 2025, at The Alchemist in Westlands, Nairobi. Fans are guaranteed an unforgettable night blending high-octane action, music, and showmanship.

This unique event will feature some of Kenya’s most recognizable entertainment and media personalities stepping into the ring for a series of exhibition boxing matches. It is a bold fusion that aims to redefine the local entertainment landscape.

“HustleSasa believes in energizing Kenya’s entertainment scene and supporting events that bring fans closer to the action,” said Stephanie Gogo, Chief of Staff at HustleSasa. “Celebrity Fight Nights is yet another step towards reimagining what sports and entertainment can look like in Kenya.”

Event co-host and fighter,Barak Jacuzzi, shared the excitement: “We’re creating a moment where Kenyan pop culture, sports and music collide. This is the start of something really iconic for the scene.”

The official fight card promises compelling match-ups featuring stars ready to trade the mic and camera for boxing gloves:

Barak Jacuzzi (Rapper & Entertainer) vs Lumu (Content Creator)

Shaq the Yungin (Media Personality) vs Alby (Content Creator)

Jezza (Radio Presenter) vs Vic Max (Content Creator)

Munyax (Rapper & Boutross’ AD Family Crew Member) vs Young Louie (Rapper & Buruklyn Boyz’ 58 Crew Member)

Beyond the main event, the night is structured as a full-scale entertainment festival. Attendees can look forward to lively DJ sets and appearances by celebrity guests, ensuring the energy stays high from start to finish.

Nelson Wanjala, a representative for sponsor Juice Bet, expressed strong support for the new concept.

“Powering Celebrity Fight Nights is Juice Bet’s opportunity to back a bold idea that’s guaranteed to grow. We’re very happy to show our support and are optimistic about the positive impact that this will bring for all stakeholders involved.”

The highly anticipated Celebrity Fight Nights event is set to take place at The Alchemist in Westlands, promising an evening of electrifying entertainment and unforgettable matchups.

Gates open at 4:00 PM, giving fans plenty of time to soak in the atmosphere before the action kicks off. The fights begin at 7:00 PM, leading up to a thrilling finale as the show concludes at 11:45 PM.
