Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen welcomed popular TikTok content creator Zedekia Omengo Ouma, widely known as Papa Lewiso, to his office today.
The meeting comes on the heels of Papa Lewiso’s viral video which he mocked the CS for allegedly wearing a trouser so skinny and called in ‘Pencil’.
The video first appeared on TikTok, and a person with a Luo accent comments on Murkomen’s perceived dress style, saying, “Amevaa pencil” (He is wearing pencil).
The short, catchy soundbite quickly went viral on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, with creators using it in various skits and memes.
The video playfully trolled the CS’s fashion choices, particularly his slim-fit trousers.
On the flip side, Lewiso showed up today in a rather slim-fit trouser which made Murkomen also make fun of him amidst laughter.
