The awards, set to take place on December 6 in Johannesburg, will bring together some of the most influential creators, artistes, and trendsetters in the digital sphere.
The event celebrates those who have turned short-form videos into powerful tools of storytelling, education, and cultural expression.
This year, Kenya boasts an impressive lineup of nominees across multiple categories.
Among them are @englishwithclem, who has built a following through insightful educational content and has earned nods in both the Creator of the Year and Education Creator of the Year categories.
Fellow educator @roy.kanyi is also nominated in the education category, recognised for his engaging and accessible learning content that resonates with young audiences.
Kenya’s voice in the Social Impact Creator of the Year category is particularly strong, represented by @valerie_keter, @anitasoina, and @tunero_animations each using their platforms to inspire change, raise awareness, and tell powerful local stories.
Meanwhile, @boyz_makekii gets a nod in the Food Creator of the Year category, highlighting Kenya’s culinary creativity, and @boxtoboxregista and @zozasportscast showcase Kenya’s growing sports content scene with their nominations for Sports Creator of the Year.
