Oparanya to headline diaspora conference meeting on cooperatives

Cabinet Secretary for Co-operatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Wycliffe Oparanya will be leading hundreds of delegates next month in a diaspora international meeting examining the role cooperatives play in the economy.
