Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has officially gained a new son-in-law after his daughter, model and influencer Holly Ramsay, married Olympic swimming champion Adam Peaty in a lavish wedding ceremony held at the historic Bath Abbey in the United Kingdom.
The colourful ceremony took place on December 27, 2025, more than a year after the couple announced their engagement, drawing together close family, friends and a host of high-profile celebrity guests. Among those in attendance were members of the Beckham family and Dragon’s Den star Sara Davies, underlining the couple’s growing prominence in both sporting and celebrity circles.
Holly, 25, is the daughter of the famously outspoken TV chef best known for Hell’s Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares, while Peaty is one of Britain’s most decorated swimmers, boasting six Olympic medals to his name. The two have been dating since June 2023 and made their engagement public in September 2024.
At the time, Peaty shared his joy with fans in a heartfelt Instagram post.
“I can’t believe you’re going to be my wife. I’m truly the luckiest man on earth to have such a gentle, caring and beautiful woman by my side,” the Olympic gold medalist wrote.
Saturday’s ceremony was rich with emotion, none more touching than the moment Holly walked into the grand abbey accompanied by her father. Dressed in a white gown topped with a silky cloak, she made a graceful entrance into the historic church as guests looked on.
The bride later shared an emotional message reflecting on their journey together.
“I am marrying my best friend. I truly cannot put into words how I am feeling right now. I still remember how big my smile was the morning I got home from my first date with you,” Holly wrote. “Thank you for letting the little girl inside of me feel loved, seen and happier than ever. I love you and I cannot wait to be your wife.”
In another message, Holly spoke about embracing Peaty’s role as a father, referencing his five-year-old son, George, from a previous relationship with artist Eirianed Munro.
“I promise to always be there with you and George. I’m so grateful to be in his life and I cannot wait for more. Everything is better with you, everything has been better since you,” she said, before quoting the Bible verse 1 Corinthians 13:13: “And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.”
A proud Gordon Ramsay also took to social media to share his joy, posting a message that revealed a softer side rarely seen on television.
“I’m so lucky being able to walk this beautiful bride down the aisle and gaining an incredible son-in-law. I love you so much. I am a proud dad,” he wrote.
