Reality TV drama has spilled into the courts after Huda Mustafa was hit with a temporary restraining order over explosive allegations involving her boyfriend’s family.

According to court documents filed in Los Angeles, Nicole Olivera — the mother of Louis Russell’s one-year-old son — accused Mustafa of making chilling threats against her and the child, prompting legal action.

The request, lodged at the Los Angeles County Superior Court on March 12, claims Mustafa travelled to Los Angeles in February and allegedly unleashed a series of threats before showing up uninvited at Olivera’s Chatsworth residence in the early hours of February 21.

In her filing, Olivera alleges that Mustafa “broke into the building threatening to knock down all our doors,” and issued threats against her life and that of her daughter — claims that have since triggered serious safety concerns.

A court officer has since granted a temporary restraining order barring Mustafa from coming within 100 yards of Olivera and her son. The order will remain in place until an April 3 court hearing, where the matter is expected to be reviewed.

Olivera says the ordeal left her shaken, revealing she was left “mentally and emotionally in fear” for both her life and her child’s safety. She also accused Mustafa of harassment through a series of alarming social media messages.

Reports indicate police were called during the alleged incident, although no emergency protective order was issued at the time.

Further details reported by TMZ claim Mustafa arrived at the apartment around 1:30 a.m. and allegedly forced her way into the building — an incident Olivera says may have been captured on surveillance footage. She also alleged that Mustafa had sent disturbing messages beforehand, including threats of self-harm.

In another dramatic twist, Olivera claimed Mustafa later confronted Russell, demanding he swear on their son’s life that he would never leave her.

Despite the storm, Mustafa has strongly denied all allegations. In a statement posted on Instagram, she dismissed the claims as untrue, saying she is allowing the legal process to take its course.

“I’m aware of what’s being said and it’s not true… I’m handling everything the right way,” she wrote, thanking supporters who have stood by her.

A source close to the reality TV personality has also rubbished the accusations, describing them as “baseless and exaggerated,” and insisting claims she threatened her own child are “entirely false.”

Meanwhile, Olivera has maintained that her only concern is her child’s safety, stating she is not interested in public drama or apologies, but simply wants privacy as the case unfolds. She added that despite everything, she still prays for Mustafa’s mental well-being.

The high-stakes legal battle now heads to court in April, where more details are expected to emerge in what is shaping up to be a deeply personal and highly publicised dispute.
