Bronx rap sensation Isis Naija Gaston popularly known as Ice Spice, was attacked by a Rogue fan at a local food joint, reports TMZ.
The 26-year old ‘Deli’ hit maker, is known for chaotic lyrics and rival disses, and this time it seemed as if she took her own music’s lyrics quite literally when an unwanted fan encounter exploded into punches, chases, and viral drama.
Ice Spice was seated in a booth with a friend when a random woman approached them, leaning in too close for comfort.
The rapper looked uninterested, repeatedly pointing toward the door to end the chat, but the fan would not take a hint to back off, instead, she swung first, slapping Ice Spice out of nowhere.
A man who was apparently with the woman, carrying a Buzzball Biggie drink, rushed in and pulled her (the attacker) away.
Ice Spice immediately retaliated and fought back, jumping on the table and charged outside after them, fists already clenched.
Spotting a dropped phone amid the chaos, she grabbed it, hurled it into the street, and flipped off her attacker.
The brawl spilled outdoors, with friends pleading that the woman was drunk and urging Ice to “relax.” “Why would I relax when she’s touching me?” Ice shot back defiantly.
According to People, the incident is headed to court. Ice’s lawyer, Bradford Cohen, confirmed they have reported the assault to the LAPD and are weighing criminal charges plus civil suits possibly even against the McDonald’s for lax security.
The other woman, came online and fired back via TMZ video, claiming she just complimented Ice and her friend, only to get called a “bitch” first, provoking her to slap the rapper.
