How Uhuru’s court victory is likely to shake up Mt Kenya battle

It has been an intriguing week for former President Uhuru Kenyatta.

First, the High Court appeared to place fresh limits on his political activities. Seven days later, another judge effectively removed those restrictions, opening the way for the former President to make his own choice on whether to remain on the political sidelines or return to active politics.
