Kenyan comedian and content creator Tom Daktari has added a new Jetour T2 SUV to his growing collection of cars.
Tom, whose real name is Andrew Wambua Mboya, gave his followers a glimpse of the new black SUV on Sunday, September 27, sharing a video showing the vehicle being blessed by a pastor.
In the video, the pastor is seen walking around the SUV as he prays over it, before Tom briefly expressed his gratitude for the latest milestone.
“Niwaambie tu, Mungu ni mwema,” Tom said.
The Jetour T2 is among the latest premium SUVs to attract attention in the Kenyan market, with 2026 models currently retailing locally for about Sh7.8 million to Sh7.86 million, according to the retailer’s website.

The SUV is fitted with a 2.0-litre turbocharged engine and comes with four-wheel drive and an automatic transmission.
Tom’s latest acquisition adds to a car collection he has occasionally showcased on social media.
In December 2023, the comedian bought a new-shape Nissan X-Trail, reportedly valued at about Sh2.4 million at the time.
His latest purchase also comes after Tom offered followers glimpses of his multimillion-shilling home, which he unveiled in stages between 2024 and 2025.
The comedian has previously spoken about some of his personal milestones while also documenting moments involving his close friends in the entertainment industry.
Earlier this month, Tom made headlines after supporting fellow comedian Sammy Kioko, who announced his bid for the Mavoko parliamentary seat in the 2027 General Election.
During Kioko’s campaign launch on September 11, Tom contributed Sh210,000 and gifted him a Prado.
Tom explained that the Sh210,000 was a tribute to the first amount Kioko had ever sent him for fare when they were starting out.
The latest SUV now becomes another addition to Tom’s collection as he continues to give his followers glimpses into his life away from comedy.
