Digital creator Daddie Marto’s wife, Koku Lwanga, has announced the end of their marriage, citing infidelity and physical abuse.
Taking to her Instagram stories, Koku revealed that she had caught the content creator with another woman in what he referred to as his “office” within their Nairobi home.
“I did not deserve that. You bringing another woman in my presence to the ‘so called office’. He took a 2-bedroom in a different block but the same compound as we separated,” she wrote.
An emotional Koku claimed that when she confronted him, things turned violent.
“I did not deserve you throwing blows and kicks to my head, neck and back while I lay in a fetal position simply because I came to confront you and your mistress. I did not deserve you standing there and saying you don’t owe me anything. You owe me dignity, respect and consideration during this delicate period we are in,” she added.
The mother of three said the woman was locked inside the house when she knocked to confirm her suspicions.
“I hope you don’t hit her. And for the love of God stop hiding her, Kumleta usiku wa manane and locking her in because your wife is screaming at you awakening the neighbors. She knew you were married but chose to have an affair, let her own her mistake,” she wrote.
Koku also shared throwback pictures of herself with Daddie Marto, expressing heartbreak over how their once-strong bond had crumbled.
“The drama I caused tonight wasn’t because of anger or rage, that was pain. Pain from the realization I have been sleeping with the enemy of my heart and spirit,” she wrote.
She posted several videos from the dramatic night, including one showing Daddie Marto stepping out of a black van. The caption implied that the unidentified woman was being escorted out after the confrontation.
“I can’t imagine being sneaked out hivi. Eiih baby girl usikubali kufichwa hivi. At least mtakuwa na privacy,” Koku noted.
In another clip, Koku showed bruises on her back, claiming they were the result of the alleged assault.
“Wueh, knots on my scalp, back and neck. Ningelala tu. Mateke na mablows ndio nimepata,” she said.
According to Koku, the situation escalated to the point that authorities got involved. She said Daddie Marto had filed a police report accusing her of causing chaos at his residence.
“Umefungua kesi that I came to your house to cause frackas. That I insulted you knowing very well I insulted the lady. Eii…si unampenda daddie?” she wrote.
Koku continued to post a stream of emotional messages, saying she felt heartbroken and betrayed after building a life with the TV personality for over a decade.
