Radio Africa Group staff came together on Friday for an early Father’s Day celebration that honoured fathers for their hard work, sacrifice, and role as pillars both at home and in the office.

Led by Group CEO Martin Khafafa, the event treated staff fathers to a buffet lunch and drinks, creating a moment for reflection and camaraderie.

“It is difficult; I cannot underscore the difficulty of being a father. It is the job of the father not only to provide but also to protect,” Khafafa said, highlighting the vital role fathers play in their families and communities.

Human Resource Manager Jemima Ngode also attended the gathering, joining colleagues in recognising the fathers’ contribution to the company and their loved ones.

Father’s Day is a special occasion celebrated across the world to honor fathers and father figures for their love, guidance, and sacrifices.

It’s a day marked by heartfelt gestures, quality moments, and celebrations that acknowledge the role fathers play in shaping families and society.

At Radio Africa Group, the afternoon was an opportunity for staff to relax, connect, and acknowledge each other’s roles—not only as employees but as fathers and role models in their own right.
