Kenyan digital content creator and social media personality Pritty Vishy has revealed that she recently underwent both a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) and 360 liposuction, documenting the intimate details of her body transformation journey in a YouTube vlog.
In the video, the outspoken influencer didn’t hold back as she gave fans a front-row seat to her surgery day. From leaving her house to stepping into the hospital in a gown, Vishy walked viewers through the nerve-wracking process, candidly sharing her emotions and motivations.
“I have added a few kilos since I have been eating so recklessly,” she admitted on camera. “I know I have told you guys that I am going to have a BBL, and now you guys are like, huh? I am at the hospital right now, and I feel nervous. I am here at 7 am, and the procedure was supposed to start at 5.30 am.”
Despite the anxiety, the confident content creator was resolute. “I am so ready. I am having mixed emotions, but I am going to be snatched,” she said, flashing a smile just before heading in for surgery.
True to her no-filter reputation, Vishy also confronted the stigma that often follows cosmetic surgery, urging people to withhold judgment.
“When you see someone has gone for a BBL, don’t judge that person because of the pain! You cannot cry but… you can’t even laugh. There is pain everywhere,” she joked, describing the challenges of the recovery phase.
The procedure follows months of public discussions by Vishy around her body image struggles and her previous efforts to slim down through alternative means, including the use of the weight-loss drug Ozempic.
Although the medication helped curb her appetite and led to some weight loss, she revealed that the results weren’t enough to reach her dream body goals — leading her to combine surgical solutions with lifestyle changes.
