A man posing as Justin Bieber caused chaos in Las Vegas after convincing hotel staff, fans, and even DJ Gryffin that he was the pop superstar.

The elaborate stunt unfolded on Saturday night at Wynn Las Vegas, where Gryffin was performing at XS Nightclub.

According to TMZ, the DJ had been informed that Bieber was in town and wanted to surprise the packed crowd with an appearance.

Believing the story, Gryffin welcomed the supposed Bieber into his booth and even handed him the microphone.

The impersonator went all in, performing several of Bieber’s hits, including Sorry, and confidently playing the part of the global pop sensation.

For a brief moment, fans believed they were witnessing an unannounced Bieber performance, something not unusual in Las Vegas nightlife, where surprise celebrity appearances often make headlines.

But the ruse didn’t last long. Wynn staff began to notice inconsistencies and quickly realized the performer wasn’t Bieber, but a convincing look-alike who had taken the act too far. Security swiftly intervened, escorting him offstage and out of the property.

A Wynn representative confirmed the incident, stating: “After an elaborate and multi-step ruse by him and his advance team, a Justin Bieber impersonator was granted access to the XS stage. As soon as the error was recognized, he was removed from the resort and denied future entry.”

Can someone explain why this is a thing? Going this far to look like somebody. Or are him and Justin working together to promote something? Not going to lie he almost had me fooled and clearly had all these other people fooled. Once I got in his face?naww?@LasVegasLocally pic.twitter.com/61W8kLjQee

The bizarre scene left guests stunned, as it’s rare for an impersonator to fool both fans and industry insiders at such a high-profile venue.

While celebrity look-alikes are a common part of Las Vegas entertainment, they typically appear in tribute shows or themed acts, not infiltrating headline nightclub performances.

Though no harm was reported, the incident highlights the lengths some will go to live out the fantasy of stardom, and how even seasoned professionals can be caught off guard by a convincing act.
