On Wednesday, Nyashinski released his much-anticipated 13-track album Yariasu and the celebration wasn’t just among fans.

His wife, Zia Bett Nyamari, took to Instagram to share a deeply personal and heartfelt message.

“Watching you pour your heart into this album has been nothing short of inspiring and now the world gets to hear it too. Proud is an understatement… this is history in the making,” Zia wrote, pairing her words with a photo that captured both love and pride.

Nyashinski has long been celebrated for his rare ability to blend poetry, spirituality, and social commentary while relating to the masses.

The 13-track project is a journey across moods and genres, showing Nyashinski’s versatility while staying true to his core identity.

It’s been a while since Nyashinski released a body of work, and he acknowledges that the journey has been reflective.

Yariasu is more than just a collection of songs it’s a mirror of his experiences and his worldview. “It is a very honest album,” he said during listening party.

“It talks about how people love you some days, but they may not love you forever. I am just a product of my parents’ prayers, being surrounded by people who love me and care about me and care about my success. It’s not just about me; it’s also about the people who surround me and sacrificed for me, especially the things that I don’t see. I am just grateful. It’s all about teamwork.”

Amongst the songs in the album, ‘Dubai’, ‘DPWMM’ and ‘Taichi’ are some of the fan favourite tracks.

Yariasu is Nyanshinski’s first work of art after his partnership with Sony Music. The partnership sees his music getting to a global stage.
