Rapper Barak Jacuzzi claimed victory at Kenya’s first-ever Celebrity Fight Night, outboxing content creator Actually Lumu in a fiery headline bout that drew an energetic crowd at The Alchemist in Nairobi on Sunday, November 2, 2025.

The event, sponsored by HustleSasa and JuiceBet in collaboration with Jacuzzi himself, marked a new chapter in Kenya’s entertainment scene by merging live sports, music, and storytelling.

Organisers said their goal was to redefine live entertainment through behind-the-scenes documentation and personal narratives from each competitor.

According to Epic Pulse Magazine, the rivalry between Jacuzzi and Lumu went beyond the ring, stemming from a personal dispute involving a stolen camera allegedly belonging to Lumu.

The backstory gave the main bout an emotional charge that heightened anticipation among fans.

Once in the ring, Jacuzzi showcased superior skill and endurance, dominating most rounds to secure a decisive victory.

Cheers erupted from the packed venue as the referee declared him the winner, cementing his reputation as not only a rapper but also a showman capable of commanding attention beyond the stage.

Other matchups on the card included a lively bout between media personality Shaq the Yungin and content creator Alby, which kept fans on their feet from the opening bell.

Radio presenter Jezza faced Vic Max, while rapper Munyax from AD Family Crew clashed with Young Louie from Buruklyn Boyz’ 58 Crew, bringing together rival rap collectives in a spirited display of athletic rivalry.

The night blended adrenaline and entertainment, complete with music performances and fan interaction.

Both attendees and organisers hailed the event as a bold step for Kenyan pop culture.
