Jay Z and Beyonce, Messi hold largest real estate portfolio among celebrities

Celebrity couple Beyoncé and Jay Z own the largest real estate portfolio in the world.

This is according to a November 2025 report on celebrity property investments by cabinet manufacturing company Highland Cabinetry, which analysed residential property holdings of more than 20 celebrities across the world.
