Anerlisa Muigai makes social media comeback with candid celebration of son’s birthday

Kenyan businesswoman Anerlisa Muigai has returned to social media after an extended break, marking the moment with a heartfelt celebration of her son’s first birthday.

The entrepreneur reappeared online to share the milestone as her son, Kasen Muigai, turned one, an emotional and significant moment that resonated with many followers.

For months, Anerlisa had kept a low profile, with minimal activity across her platforms, sparking curiosity among fans.

Rather than a grand comeback, she opted for a more intimate approach, reconnecting with her audience through a personal family moment.

The highlight was her son’s first birthday, a milestone that symbolised a new chapter in her life.

Posting on her Insta Stories, Anerlisa shared a touching video of herself gently helping her son take steps while walking him around.

The clip was accompanied by a soothing song by Victor Ivyic titled “Oluwa my light”.

The setting featured blue balloon décor with the words “Happy 1st birthday Kasen Muigai” prominently displayed, adding a warm, celebratory touch.

Anerlisa Muigai is a prominent Kenyan entrepreneur, fashion icon, and the founder of Nero Limited, a luxury beverage company best known for its “Executive Still Water” brand.

As the daughter of Tabitha and Joseph Karanja, the founders of Keroche Breweries, she first entered the public eye as a high-profile heiress to one of Kenya’s largest business empires.

However, she solidified her own place in the limelight through her savvy use of social media, where she documented a dramatic and highly publicised weight-loss journey, and more recently, by taking on a leadership role as the Marketing Director at Keroche Breweries to help spearhead the family company’s revitalisation.
