The incident comes amid his disputed victory over Mbavu the Destroyer in the much-awaited ‘Vurugu’ fight, after which Mbavu alleged foul play.
The bout drew nationwide attention, attracting high-profile backers including Jalang’o and even President William Ruto.
Obinna had announced that the winner would receive Sh1 million as the official prize.
At the same time, a betting company, one of the fight’s sponsors, pledged a brand new Toyota Noah for the winner, a vehicle Majembe is now likely to receive. The Noah is valued at about Sh4 million.
In addition, Majembe is expected to receive a sports bike, a Taro GP1, estimated at over Sh385,000.
Beyond the cash and prizes, he is also entitled to non-monetary rewards, including a one-year gym subscription and a full supply of supplements.
The boxer has also been linked to a series of advertisements and brand promotions for various companies.
It remains unclear whether the donations went directly to the battling duo or were used to support the logistics of the Vurugu fight.
