DJ Bonez breaks silence amid concerns over his presence during Kamene Goro’s surgery

DJ Bonez has broken his silence after online chatter alleged that he was absent during his partner Kamene Goro’s critical surgery.

Taking to his Instagram Stories, Bonez shared a cryptic message that has since caught the attention of fans.

In the post, the DJ shared a dark, moody image featuring a spread of black and grey roses, bearing a sombre, almost reflective tone.

Over the image, a short but loaded message appeared in bold white text: “I won’t talk much but one day you’ll know my story,” followed by a heart-hands emoji.

The post comes in the wake of a viral clip from a recent podcast where Kamene opened up about a life-threatening health scare that left her fighting for survival in the ICU.

In her narration, she recalled the chilling moment doctors told her she had only hours to live. “When you came to the hospital, we had 12 hours. Now I’m seeing we have about four, five, six hours… hours of you being alive,” she said.

She revealed that her condition had escalated due to a severe infection, requiring an emergency surgery.

“My level of infection was so bad, they removed five liters of pus from my stomach. Five liters,” she shared. The situation worsened when initial keyhole procedures failed, forcing doctors to perform a full operation. “They had to cut me open… they removed all my organs and started putting everything back,” she added.

Kamene further disclosed that despite having the lowest survival chances, she was the only patient in both ICU and HDU who made it out alive.

“Everyone I was in ICU with, I’m the only one who came out… and I was the one who had the least odds,” she said, describing the ordeal as nothing short of miraculous.

She also reflected on the emotional weight of that period, noting how such moments reveal who truly shows up in one’s life.

“You’d be so shocked who’s going to be there for you in your 11th hour… the people who you thought would be there? Probably not,” she said, a statement that fueled speculation online about who she may have been referring to.

While Kamene did not directly name anyone in her account, the conversation quickly spilt onto social media, with some users alleging that DJ Bonez had not been present during her surgery, claims that now appear to have prompted his subtle but pointed response.

Neither Kamene nor DJ Bonez has directly addressed the speculation in detail, but the timing of his post has only added to the intrigue, leaving fans reading between the lines as the story continues to unfold.
