Oga Obinna warns Arrow Bwoy over preparation for Vurugu Two boxing match

Kenyan comedian, media personality and event organiser Oga Obinna has sparked fresh debate around the upcoming “Vurugu Two” celebrity boxing match after posting a video warning musician Arrow Bwoy over his preparation for the fight.

In the clip shared on his Instagram page, Obinna cast doubt on Arrow Bwoy’s readiness for the anticipated showdown, suggesting that his opponent Shakib Cham was taking training more seriously.

The video, which quickly went viral, showed Obinna jokingly comparing how both men are spending their time ahead of the bout.

He claimed Shakib has fully committed to fitness training while Arrow Bwoy remains focused on his music career and studio sessions. “Arrowbwoy, don’t say I didn’t warn you,” he said.

Obinna added that Shakib was dedicating most of his time to preparation. “Shakib is busy training for Vurugu Two. Arrowbwoy is dancing in the studio making noise,” he said.

He further warned that a lack of preparation could backfire in the ring. “You will cry in that ring,” he said.

During the recording, Obinna also brought in singer Nadia Mukami, urging her to encourage Arrow Bwoy to take training more seriously. “Nadia, talk to your husband,” he said.

The comments have fuelled growing buzz around “Vurugu Two”, with fans debating who has the edge ahead of the celebrity clash.

Obinna also clarified that the tension between Shakib and Arrow Bwoy predates the boxing event, saying the match was created as a platform to settle their differences.

“They are the ones who beef themselves. Now I have created a space for them to come and beat each other,” he said.

He maintained that while Shakib appears fully focused on training, Arrow Bwoy continues to prioritise music activities. “Now Shakib is training while Arrowbwoy is dancing,” he said.

The remarks have further intensified anticipation for “Vurugu Two”, which continues to generate online discussion ahead of the scheduled showdown.
