Kenyan brand ambassador and content creator Isaac Otesa, popularly known as Goliath wa Bungoma, is receiving treatment at a Nairobi hospital after he was involved in a road accident in Ruaka.

The incident, which has sparked concern among fans, occurred while Goliath was reportedly walking.

According to salesman Patrick Riang’a, Goliath was struck by a vehicle said to have been driving on the wrong side of the road.

Emergency responders rushed him to the city for specialised care after he sustained a serious injury to his right leg.

“We are pleased to confirm that his condition is stable, and we remain optimistic about his full recovery. We kindly ask the public to keep him in their thoughts and prayers, and to respect his privacy during this time,” Car Soko Management said in an official statement.

The car mart, where he serves as a brand ambassador, added that further updates on his condition will be shared as they become available, requesting privacy.

Medical teams are currently monitoring his recovery to prevent complications from the leg injury.

Otesa rose to national fame due to his towering height of nearly eight feet.

A native of Bungoma County, he relocated to Nairobi in search of better opportunities after his unique stature drew public attention.

Before becoming a digital influencer and brand ambassador, he worked as a herder and charcoal burner.

He has previously spoken about overcoming financial hardship and dropping out of school in Class Four, later turning his physical uniqueness into a successful career in marketing and entertainment.
